It has been a meaningful day! thank you all for the support. we have successfully managed to find new homes for lots of stray puppies.... look at the white one in the pic. she is having a new life, a 2nd chance to live.....this little girl, abt 3 mths only, was found on the side of the road, worrying abt her food, wondering for her future. but she was adopted today. when i saw the new owner choosing collar, leash and bowl for her, i was so touched. one decision, one person, can turn someone's life completely around. and in the 1st pic, the black dog i was with, he is one of my grandkids, "Strong Boy", though he looks big, he is only 8 mths old. when he was abt 2 mths, i found him a new owner - my friend, kay. kay is also a volunteer in this project, she purposely trained strong boy to help these poor strays, by wearing the little donation box on his neck. when someone offers, strong boy will give u his "paw paw". and u know what? he managed to collect few hundred ringgits today! yay! i am sooooo proud of him!!!!
tmr.. we are on again! and i really hope that we can do this regularly...... other than adoption......its the idea of...... "BEING A RESPONSIBLE OWNER" ....:)

wei wei! my eating program “1 day 5 meals” （Astro Wah Lai Toi) is going into its 3rd season. we are now collecting all informations on the good food. whether u r a restaurant owner, staff or food lover, please help us to create a much better show by sending in your suggestions... have u been to a nice restaurant recently? have u come across any UNFORGETTABLE food lately? any place that we shouldnt have missed out in our lives?
we plan to shoot from end of this month till april, so do let us know your favourite and we shall see u there!

sure u heard of the topic for this week on "ga sai guang cheung".... thats y i am opening this blog for discussion.... got a comment from dino asking me to promote the idea of spaying dogs. hey, dino, u really got me at the right time, i just came back from the vet with my granddaughter fei mui, who had her surgery this afternoon. some people said we, human have no right to take away their natural ability of giving birth. but when u see all those unwanted dogs on the streets. u would rather do it. fei mui is my daughter, lulu's daughter. lulu also got pregnant by accident. some owners may think: hey i keep my dog at home, its perfectly fine! but we cant be that sure. lets say one day, your dog runs out, has some fun, then comes back. if yours is a girl, haha.. u might end up like me; if yours is a boy, u may have your grandkids, its just that u dont realize at all...moreover, spayed dogs will have lower chance of having diseases related to reproductive organs. i once had a cocker spaniel, didnt get spayed, she ended up having uterus cancer. ... sigh!
anyway, i fully support adoption. there are so many lovely dogs out there, dying for a good home. I have a group of friends who always help the strays... and we will be setting up a booth during the last weekend of this month,(28th-29th march) - "PUPPIES FOR ADOPTION"... will get more information for u guys once i have it.... see if u are interested to take one home.
oh... btw, i have just spoken to 林忠彪, he also has 2 dogs up for adoption.. anyone interested?
hey hey, sure u will ask: "What is that?" I am not sure if the promo is out on MYFM (if not, should be there shortly) its actually a special CNY segment done by me and the renowned feng shui master Joey Yap. Yes, u see lots of his books in MPH or Borders. Do check out the link in this site. He is going to share with us numerous topics in 2009 from his feng shui point of view. its actually quite interesting to me. hope u will enjoy it too.
the second question u may ask: "wei, chui ling, u also know feng shui meh?" Eh... eh... eh.... "of course not la! if i do, i wouldnt have to invite the master, hui!" but .... we really did a feng shui tv program in china last sep. and thats how we met and then came up with this special cny segment for MYFM. the feng shui TV program is still in post-production stage. scheduled to be aired sometime late feb or early mar. will update u all once we have more info. So, after months of "following" the master, i think chui ling can pretend a bit gua. :)
