if u have been using facebook, please pay attention! recently my account was misused by some stupid fellows. they sent out nonsense messages from my account, asking my friends to visit those potent bud websites. i dunno how they did it... and i didn't even realize it until i got an email from facebook info centre saying that they have reset my acc and asked me to log on to a page where i could enter my new password...and i was so afraid that they were trying to send out viruses, lucky no damage has been done so far.... oops.. better keep my finger crossed! bless u! share with me if u have had similar experience... thanks! :0

Well, being hacked by unauthorised parties is kinda annoying indeed, but luckily you managed to claim your facebook account back, some of my friends weren't that lucky, they've got their facebook accounts all suspended for life...
Anyways, just my 2 cents, passwords will only keep outsiders/trespassers out if they are difficult to guess, thus, always create strong passwords and change them often, that way you could minimise the risk of being hacked again...Remember also that prevention of crime and protection of our personal data are our own duty too...

anyway, this incident also happen to one of my friends, sending all those links, nowadays nothing is save unless you have a good password like maybe 16 character at least and it have to be alpha-numeric. hahahaha....... even ourself might not able to keep track of our own password either.

I hope they have more time to repeat your program, even my friends in UK have to listen it during late night time online, because the time different.
The facebook problem, yes it does happened when someone hack pc/send virus. It happened in many MSN as well. What I suggest is to install a Anti-virus program and scan your pc one awhile. Do not enter some suspicious website that require you to enter your usename and password.
